Zeke's

Sport Hound Reviews

Zeke's is a fabulous place to watch sports.  Not only is it minutes walking distance from the Giants ballpark, but it is a popular pre-and-post-game destination for fans.  20-some televisions show a wide variety of sports, and they'll happily take requests.  They have a full menu of sandwiches and burgers, and even some tasty asian dishes.  On weekends, they open early (at least during football season) and have a great breakfast menu.  On college-football Saturdays, Zeke's is home to both Ohio State and Wisconsin fans and alumni clubs (I believe the owner is from Wisconsin--not certain about that), and are open at 900am for early birds.  There are also significant numbers of Stanford and Cal fans that join in the cheers.  As far as drinks go, it has a pretty extensive beer selection and 8-10 on tap at any given time (including Anchor Steam!); well made cocktails as well.  Parking is somewhat scarce (but isn't it anywhere in S.F?) and if you travel a couple blocks west there are both pay lots and some free parking spots for those that know where to look.  All in all a great experience for any sportsfan!
